Confirmed genuinely Wear OS directly from Oppo's own "/specs/" page: "Operating System Wear OS 4 + RTOS" (a dual-OS/dual-chip design, common to this whole Oppo Watch X line -- a Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 runs Wear OS for the main "smart mode" experience, alongside a lower-power MCU/RTOS side for always-on features and extended battery life; this is analogous to how some other manufacturers, e.g. Mobvoi's TicWatch Pro line, pair a full Wear OS chip with a low-power co-processor).
